I have known and worked with Rob for many years. When I joined CBRE Global Investors in 2005, he was our Yardi consultant working with us to get Voyager Live in the UK. As my first experience of Yardi, he made a lasting impression. He was so good, it has been difficult for the others that have followed him.

 

Not only does Rob possess a deep understanding of the systems capabilities, he “gets” our business, and our needs. He was always willing to meet the challenge of configuring the system to meet our requirements. He also challenged us to re think our processes to maximise the capabilities, and the benefits of the system, thus making the business overall more efficient.

 

Even in areas that he was not so not familiar with,  he took the time to delve deeper into the requirements to be able to properly advise us.

 

It this enthusiasm to match the business needs and the system capabilities, even when pushing the system beyond its current functionality, that make him a joy to work with.

 

Rob is incredibly organised. He is detailed, precise and can talk to all levels of users, whether that be the CFO or a user for man out sourced service provider.

 

Rob also provides excellent council. When he moved to Australia, I was still able to reach out to him and ask his opinion on Yardi related topics.

 

In my opinion, he is one of the best in the business.
